Singing in a choir can be a wonderfully rewarding experience, whether you are a child singing in a school choir, an enthusiastic amateur rehearsing your choir music once a week in a village hall or a professional performing in a concert hall. Banks Music Publications have been supplying choir music to amateur and professional performers for over 40 years. When Ramsay and Margaret Silver formed the company in 1972, they decided to focus on publishing and distributing choral music and over the years the business has gained an excellent reputation for both the quality of the sheet music and the service they provide.
At one time Banks Music Publications was almost exclusively known for publishing church choral music, but recently with the introduction of the new Eboracum Popular Choral Series, the company has been able to introduce more secular titles into the catalogue. Recent publications have included male voice arrangements of Stop the Cavalry (Jona Lewie), Songs from the First World War and Working Man as well as upper voice arrangements of Just one of those things and Roses of Picardy, and mixed voice arrangements of Rivers of Babylon (Boney M) and Cruising down the river. There is a wealth of sheet music to choose from on this website, whether your taste is Bach or Bacharach, you a certain to find something of interest.
