Fear No More the Heat o' the Sun

Here Ian Higginson has chosen to set the famous Shakespeare text taken from 'Cymbeline' Act 4, Scene 2. It has a delightful lilting and haunting folk like melody which appears in triple time that is underpinned by a flowing piano accompaniment. The original solo voice setting of this song has been a popular choice for an Examination Board grade set piece for a number of years. Most choirs would find this SATB arrangement effective and rewarding to sing.
