Availability
The vast majority of our titles are printed to order so are always available. However, very occasionally a title from one of the catalogues we distribute may be out of stock or reprinting. If this is the case, we will inform you by email. You can then choose to cancel the item and receive a refund or put it on back-order. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale without incurring liability.
Prices
Prices of products are subject to change without prior notice, however the price payable by you is the price shown on our website at the time of ordering.
Postage
Postage is calculated by weight. Uk orders are dispatched by 1st class post or CityLink and overseas orders are dispatched by Airmail or Priority M-bag.
Payment
All our online transactions are fully secure. We use Sagepay as our payment gateway. Please feel free to browse their website at http://www.sagepay.com
We do not keep records of your card details.
Trade Terms
Trade customers ordering through this site will receive normal trade discounts. One exception is the discount given on single copies of choral items, which has been increased from 15% to 25%. This only applies to orders placed online. Full trade terms are available on request.
