An Organ Drama in Seven Vignettes
The narrative behind the score and imagined canvas of the Triptych portrays the mythological gods, together with the Muses, wrestling with the change from the Age of Pisces into the Age of Aquarius,
The work is divided into three sections (panels):
Left panel - Age of Pisces: Undercurrents, Retreat
Centre panel - Between Constellations: Water, Air, Lament
Right panel - Age of Aquarius: Ascendence, Herald
The world premiere was given by Martin Baker at a lunchtime recital on the City of London organ of St Michael's, Cornhill on Monday 13th March 2023
