NOTE: Nothing at all seems to be known about Philip Peter Eiffert beyond the fact that he was working as a cellist in London in the 1760's. Of his two known works, one comprises 'Six Solos for the German-Flute with a Thorough-Bass for the Harpsichord, Opera II', which was published in London. These two movements have been extracted from this opus.
